Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Coordinate daily production tasks and team activities
• Lead and motivate production staff and logistics personnel
• Ensure production targets, planning and quality standards are met
• Solve minor technical issues and identify process improvements
• Monitor workflow, spot bottlenecks and act quickly when needed
• Maintain safety, hygiene and environmental regulations
• Support the team by participating on the floor when required

Required Skills & Experience

We are looking for a candidate who brings:

• MBO-level education
• Around 5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to guide teams

• Calmness under pressure and strong organisational skills
• Knowledge of Lean principles (or willingness to learn)
• A proactive and responsible attitude
